About the role
You will lead the modernization and refactoring of high-throughput, legacy trading systems while designing resilient, low-latency microservices architectures. The role involves setting engineering standards, mentoring junior staff, and implementing automated controls to ensure system reliability and performance. Candidates must have 6 to 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep proficiency in Java or C++ and expertise in low-latency distributed systems. A strong background in refactoring complex production platforms and knowledge of financial trading protocols is highly preferred.
