About the role
Lead the architecture, development, modernization, and operation of high-performance equities OMS and electronic trading platforms, including order management, routing, risk controls, execution workflows, and exchange connectivity. Partner with traders and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic technology initiatives, establish engineering and resiliency standards, and mentor senior engineers. Requires 15+ years of software engineering experience, deep expertise in modern C++ (C++17/20) and low-latency distributed systems, and a proven record delivering front-office electronic trading platforms. Candidates should understand equities market structure, OMS/EMS, FIX, market data, and execution workflows, and be able to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
