About the role
Execute orders across crypto and traditional financial markets, including multi-leg and cross-asset trades, while controlling execution costs and residual risk. Monitor automated trading systems, assess execution quality, stay current on venue conditions, and collaborate with quants and developers to improve trading tools and respond to incidents. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on execution or trading experience, live trading experience on centralised crypto exchanges including perpetual futures, and experience with at least one traditional asset class. They should understand market microstructure and risk, be proficient enough in Python and SQL to analyze fills, and communicate clearly with investment and technical teams.
