High-Touch Execution Trader – Associate & Director

About the role

Execute complex institutional client orders while optimizing execution quality, managing market impact, and controlling execution risk. Provide market and liquidity insights, build client and internal relationships, and collaborate with sales, trading, electronic trading, and technology teams to improve execution strategies and workflows. Candidates should have experience in high-touch execution trading or sales trading at an investment bank or institutional brokerage, with a strong understanding of market structure, liquidity, and institutional trading. They should have handled significant and complex order flow, demonstrated sound commercial judgment and execution quality, and be effective in client-facing, fast-moving environments while managing risk.
