About the role
Design, configure, enhance, and support FIX-based trading connectivity and workflows across asset classes, including order routing, market access, execution, and post-trade processes. Onboard venues and counterparties, resolve connectivity and production issues, document technical procedures, and contribute to platform and market-access projects. Requires a university-level qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline, plus at least five years of hands-on FIX connectivity experience in a financial markets environment. Candidates should have strong trading workflow, networking, secure connectivity, and troubleshooting expertise; Python is advantageous, and a valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
