About the role
Provide best execution for client stock orders and source or cross block trades for local and international clients. Help monetize Nomura research and trading ideas while coordinating client service efforts. Requires 4–8 years of experience in Malaysian equity products, strong communication skills, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure and take initiative. Candidates should understand market microstructure, local regulations, equity trading systems, and algorithms, and have relationships with local and international asset managers.
