Front-Office Trading Development Engineer - Java, Kafka, C#, ETL, Talend AVP - Charles River Development

About the role

Lead technical implementation work for Charles River IMS, including software installation, system integrations, interfaces, and disaster recovery and high-availability design. Develop and troubleshoot Java and C# solutions, manage technical initiatives and client requirements, and contribute to project documentation and training. The role calls for at least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial or software services, with strong preference for buy-side front-office trading, OMS implementation, financial services, and consulting experience. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, Java and/or C# programming skills, knowledge of ETL and databases, strong client communication and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel as assignments require.
