About the role
Own fixed income trading strategy and execution across multiple asset classes, while designing scalable workflows and partnering with Product and Engineering to develop trading capabilities. Manage client, dealer, and platform connectivity; oversee testing, vendor relationships, compliance, and trade issue resolution; and track execution, settlement, and client experience metrics. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and at least seven years of fixed income trading operations experience, with knowledge across Treasuries, corporates, municipals, agencies, MBS, and ABS. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required, Series 52 is preferred, and candidates should bring expertise in trading platforms, data and pricing integrations, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional leadership.
