Senior Brokerage Systems Engineer (Trading, Clearing & Settlement, Accounting Systems)

About the role

Design and build core trading, accounting, clearing, and settlement systems, including integrations with clearing brokers and execution venues, broker-level accounting, and end-of-day reconciliation. Develop margin and liquidation risk engines and secure fund flows, while ensuring system availability, disaster recovery, and contingency readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, at least five years of backend or distributed systems experience, and at least three years working on core systems at a securities firm or exchange. Candidates should understand the full order lifecycle, OMS/EMS design, FIX integration, and clearing, settlement, and accounting mechanisms, with hands-on broker-level accounting system experience; Chinese and English communication skills are also required.
