About the role
Execute equity trades across venues using manual and algorithmic strategies, and analyze execution quality with transaction cost data and benchmarks. Build automation and analytics tools, assess AI-driven execution solutions, and communicate data-based insights while collaborating with clients, technology teams, and quantitative teams. Requires at least three years of direct equity execution and trading experience, hands-on familiarity with electronic execution platforms and algorithmic strategies, and working knowledge of transaction cost analysis. Candidates should have advanced Excel and programming skills in Python, SQL, or VBA; a quantitative bachelor's degree and experience with AI, dashboards, market structure, and EMS/OMS platforms are preferred.
