Front-Office Trading Development Engineer - Java, Kafka, C#, ETL, Talend AVP - Charles River Development

About the role

Lead technical implementation work for Charles River IMS, including software installation, system integrations, interfaces, and disaster recovery and high-availability design. Develop and troubleshoot Java and C# solutions, coordinate technical initiatives with project and client teams, and contribute to requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and client training. Requires at least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial or software services, with a strong preference for buy-side front-office trading and OMS implementation experience. Candidates should have Java and/or C# programming skills, knowledge of ETL, XML, databases, and Windows and Unix/Linux environments, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong client communication and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel.
