Trading Systems Engineer - Global Options

About the role

Provide production support and engineering for global trading systems, maintaining availability through monitoring, incident troubleshooting, software deployment, and configuration automation. Develop support tools and documentation, coordinate 24/7 coverage, and work with trading, development, infrastructure, and other teams on system and market connectivity issues. Candidates should have experience supporting high-performance electronic trading systems, including equities or equity options, FIX or alternative exchange protocols, and Linux and Windows production environments. The role also requires strong troubleshooting, scripting, SQL, networking and multicast knowledge, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, clear communication, and flexibility for rotating on-call coverage.
