Front-Office Trading Development Engineer - Java, Kafka, C#, ETL, Talend AVP - Charles River Development

About the role

Lead technical implementation work for Charles River IMS, including software installation, system integration, interfaces, and disaster recovery and high-availability design. Develop and troubleshoot Java and C# solutions, manage technical initiatives and client requirements, and contribute to project documentation and training. Requires at least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial or software services, with strong preference for financial services and buy-side, front-office trading or OMS implementation experience. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent, programming and integration expertise, database and operating-system knowledge, strong client communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
