Equity Trader - Execution & Data Analytics

About the role

Execute equity trades across venues using manual and algorithmic strategies, and analyze transaction cost and execution data to identify performance improvements. Build automation and reporting tools, assess AI-driven and algorithmic tools, and collaborate with clients, technology teams, and quantitative teams to improve execution and communicate insights. Requires at least three years of direct equity execution and trading experience, familiarity with electronic execution platforms, algorithmic strategies, and transaction cost analysis, plus advanced Excel/VBA and programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA. A quantitative bachelor's degree, AI or machine learning experience, dashboard skills, US market structure knowledge, and EMS/OMS or API experience are preferred.
