About the role
Build and enhance front-end trading and workflow applications, as well as backend services for order routing, execution workflows, and trading infrastructure. Collaborate with research, execution, and trading teams to scale and integrate a global execution platform across regions, asset classes, counterparties, brokers, and internal systems. Requires 4–6 years of software engineering experience, strong full-stack skills, commercial experience with React and TypeScript, and experience building Java backend services. Candidates should have strong object-oriented programming fundamentals, relevant trading or financial technology experience, and exposure to AI-assisted development tools.
