About the role
Provide production support for business-critical Front Office trading applications, investigate and resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis to improve platform stability and resilience. Support end-to-end trading workflows, monitor systems, collaborate with trading and technology teams, and participate in an on-call rota that may include occasional US hours. Requires at least three years of production support experience for Front Office trading applications and at least one year supporting FIX connectivity to exchanges or client-side FIX flows. Candidates should have Python or shell scripting skills, FIX and trading lifecycle knowledge, and experience in commodity trading, capital markets, or trading and supply environments.
