About the role
Design, build, and optimize ultra-low-latency C++ trading infrastructure, including the order management system, execution pipeline, and market data systems. Profile and reduce latency across application, kernel, and network layers while ensuring reliable, deterministic production execution and collaborating with quantitative researchers to deploy strategies. Requires deep expertise in modern C++, concurrent and memory-efficient programming, low-latency hardware and Linux optimization, and systematic profiling and benchmarking. Candidates should understand OMS workflows, pre-trade risk checks, FIX or exchange-native APIs, high-frequency market data, and exchange connectivity; experience with NSE systems is relevant.
