About the role
Provide Level 2 production support for mission-critical equities electronic trading applications, monitoring systems and platforms, investigating issues, and ensuring resolution within service-level agreements. Coordinate priorities and incident response with development, QA, business support, regional teams, and stakeholders, while providing technical guidance and clear status updates. Candidates should have at least five years of equities support experience and 6–10 years of application support experience, including trading-floor support and FIX knowledge. Required technical capabilities include Python and Perl, Linux/Unix shell scripting, and SQL, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; KDB experience is a plus.
