About the role
Maintain MCX trading connectivity and network infrastructure, including leased lines and Cisco equipment, and troubleshoot trading platforms and OMS/RMS issues during live market hours. Perform pre-session BOD checks and EOD close processes, coordinate with brokers, ISPs, vendors, and exchange IT, and document incidents and handovers. Requires 1–4 years of IT support or network operations experience, practical networking fundamentals, hands-on Cisco switch/router experience, and familiarity with leased lines and trading application support. The role requires consistent availability for the 2:00 PM–11:30 PM Monday–Saturday shift; a relevant IT degree is listed, while brokerage, MCX, Greeksoft, and CCNA experience are advantageous.
