About the role

Develop, enhance, and support the Trade Execution Platform, delivering secure, high-quality software and resolving technical issues across the development lifecycle. Lead responsible adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering tools, improve automation and operational stability, and collaborate with the team and business stakeholders. Requires commercial software engineering experience, advanced proficiency in Python or Java, and hands-on expertise in system design, development, testing, and operational stability. Candidates should be able to lead safe and compliant use of AI-assisted development tools, work effectively in agile and cloud-native environments, and communicate well with technical and non-technical colleagues.
