About the role
Own day-to-day support and consistency for core platform areas, including trade workflows, OMS functionality, fund onboarding, permissions, and financial data. Work directly with clients and collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve issues end-to-end and contribute to platform development. Requires real OMS experience at the L1/L2 support level, strong financial knowledge, and the ability to own problems independently. Experience with bonds, loans, CLOs, or private credit is advantageous.
