Front-Office Trading Development Engineer - Java, Kafka, C#, ETL, Talend AVP - Charles River Development

About the role

Lead technical implementation work for Charles River IMS, including software installation, third-party integrations, interfaces, and disaster recovery and high-availability design. Develop and troubleshoot Java and C# solutions, manage technical initiatives and client requirements, and contribute to project documentation and training. Requires at least five years of progressively responsible experience in financial or software services, with strong preference for financial services, buy-side trading, OMS implementation, and consulting experience. Candidates should have Java and C# programming skills, knowledge of ETL tools, databases, XML and messaging technologies, strong client communication and problem-solving abilities, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent; travel may be required.
