About the role
Build and maintain relationships with buy-side clients while executing equity trades across APAC markets and delivering best execution. Develop trading strategies, manage client risk, provide market insight, and support client onboarding and growth of the APAC desk. Candidates must be based in Hong Kong with the right to work there and have at least five years of equity trading experience focused on APAC markets, strong client-facing ability, and knowledge of APAC market structure. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required, while a master's degree is preferred; candidates also need strong communication and analytical skills, trading technology proficiency, and an SFC Type 1 licence or the ability to obtain one.
