Pr. Software Engineer (Algo Trading System, Java)

About the role

Design and build a greenfield global trading system, including algorithmic trading strategies, smart order routing, and high-volume, low-latency messaging for electronic trading. Develop secure, scalable cloud-based services, distributed platforms, and APIs, and deliver real-time trading applications using Java in an Agile environment. Requires at least eight years of software engineering experience, deep Java expertise, and a track record building high-performance, low-latency systems and front-office trading systems in high-frequency environments. Candidates should know cloud-native services, microservices, distributed platforms, Agile practices, and low-latency messaging technologies, with experience optimizing throughput, concurrency, and microsecond-level performance.
