About the role
Drive and expand the Japan OTC trading business through commercial development and relationship management with institutional investors and ETF issuers. Oversee the full lifecycle of OTC trading activities, including onboarding, execution, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Requires at least 5 years of experience in financial markets, specifically in sales trading or ETF-related roles, with mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese. Candidates must have a solid understanding of ETF market structures and experience operating within the Japanese financial market.
