Lead Software Engineer - Python, Credit Trading Technology

About the role

Lead hands-on design, development, testing, and operational support for secure, scalable software and AI-enabled systems that expand electronic credit trading capabilities. Partner with Sales and Trading, Product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions, improve production reliability, adopt approved AI-assisted engineering practices, and promote effective technology patterns. Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least five years of applied experience, including advanced Python development and experience with AI components, cloud-native engineering, and AWS fundamentals. Candidates should also have strong knowledge of agile delivery, CI/CD, automation, resiliency, security, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools, along with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
