About the role
Design, build, and operate high-performance trading systems for execution, market data, connectivity, pricing, risk, and order routing. Help establish safe and effective use of AI agents in engineering, including task ownership, human review, evaluation, telemetry, testing, and safeguards for live trading code. Candidates should have substantial experience building low-latency systems for algorithmic or high-frequency trading, strong systems programming skills, and hands-on knowledge of trading architecture and production strategies. They should be experienced with performance tuning and operational debugging, able to work closely with traders and researchers, and have genuine experience using AI agents with sound judgment about reliability and risk.
