About the role
Establish and manage a new market-making and liquidity-provision desk, including selecting and implementing trading technology, developing automated quoting strategies, and meeting MSX market-maker obligations. Manage capital, risk, and profitability, then develop a roadmap to expand operations into UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC markets. Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and 10–15 years of financial-markets experience, including a proven track record in equity market making. Candidates should have deep knowledge of GCC regulatory environments, MSX mechanics, and regional equity markets.
