Junior Electronic Trading Support Engineer

About the role

Support live trading during US market hours by managing order flow, responding to market alerts and outages, and coordinating with exchanges and other external parties. Manage initiatives and production platform changes while helping ensure trading operations run smoothly and addressing systems, risk, compliance, and performance issues. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, working knowledge of Unix, and experience with a scripting language such as Python, Perl, or Bash are required. Candidates should communicate effectively, be highly organized and detail-oriented, work independently under pressure, and have an interest in market data and order-entry systems; industry experience or Series 7 or 57 certification is preferred.
