About the role
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for in-house trading applications, owning complex production incidents and collaborating with traders, trade monitors, and developers. Automate operational workflows, improve monitoring and reporting, and oversee deployments and configuration updates to maintain reliable trading systems. Candidates should have experience in production engineering or high-availability technical support, strong Python and Bash skills, and knowledge of Linux, SQL, configuration management, Git, and deployment pipelines. They should be able to troubleshoot distributed-system outages under pressure; exposure to financial markets, electronic trading, OMS, and market data protocols is also relevant.
