About the role
Provide architectural leadership and governance for front-office trading platforms, including owning standards and roadmaps and leading architecture reviews. Guide technical design, performance and capacity planning, modernization, cloud adoption, and responsible AI initiatives while ensuring platforms meet business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements. Requires 15+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or electronic trading, including practical experience with low-latency platforms and the end-to-end trade lifecycle. Candidates should bring hands-on technical depth, architecture governance experience, and expertise in distributed systems, performance and capacity optimization, regulated environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
