Equity Trader - Execution & Data Analytics

About the role

Execute equity trades across multiple venues using manual and algorithmic strategies, and analyze execution quality with transaction cost analysis data and benchmarks. Build tools to automate analysis and workflows, assess AI and algorithmic tools, and communicate data-driven execution insights while collaborating with clients and internal technology and quantitative teams. Candidates need at least three years of direct equity execution and trading experience, hands-on familiarity with electronic execution platforms and algorithmic strategies, and working knowledge of transaction cost analysis. Advanced Excel skills and programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA are required; a quantitative bachelor's degree, AI or machine learning experience, dashboard skills, and US market structure knowledge are preferred.
